Atrium snagging with rope access and aide climbing

Prime Access was originally called in to remove cladding on spandrel walls during early stages of the atrium refurbishment. During this phase, we also removed wall to sealing glass panels. Once main works were complete in the atrium, scaffolding was removed to enable ground works. Rope access became the most effective method for cladding, painting, cleaning and removal of old rails from defunct cradle system. By aide climbing, we were able to remove all builders' dust from steelwork.

As the handover date approached, we assisted with last minute snagging, including fine painting of the architectural staircase.

On seeing the quality of our work, one of the managers was heart to comment, "That's absolute perfection!". This has now become our benchmark.
